Q: What is included in a standard weekly residential cleaning visit?
A: Our minimum visit time is two hours per visit on a weekly basis, pre covid times we would have had two cleaners to visit together to speed up the process, however due to current regulations we only send one member of staff now. A weekly visit includes general cleaning of all rooms, floors, bathrooms and exterior of appliances.
Q: Do you provide the cleaning products?
A: Yes we supply our own cleaning products, we would prefer our customers to have their own mop and bucket and vacuum cleaner in the house to limit our staff having to move equipment between jobs, however we can still provide this.
Q: How much does a standard weekly visit cost?
A: We charge £33 per visit, this covers staff wages, travel, insurance, business running costs and the cleaning products required to carry out the work.
Q: Do you deep clean houses?
A: Yes we deep clean houses, offices, commercial kitchens, factories etc. Our pricing is different for this service so please contact us for a quotation.
Q: What is involved in a commercial kitchen deep clean?
A: We use professional steam cleaning equipment to assist us in heavy grease removal of cooking equipment, surfaces, walls and floors. Our cleaners are experienced and leave professional results. We use industry standard cleaning chemicals and also use eco products where possible. Our service covers cleaning a commercial kitchen from top to bottom including appliances and floors.
Q: How do you clean extract systems?
A: We first inspect your system and take photos, we then provide you with a report showing the current state of your system and a list of recommendations to increase the safety and accessibility of your system. Things such as additional access doors, replacement of damaged or worn parts and the quotation for carrying out the works. Once agreed we then book in a shift to clean your system and our team of experienced cleaners take additional before, during and after photos which is then provided to you in a report along with a recommended cleaning schedule to ensure you keep within the guidelines of your insurance policy.
Q: Do you provide regular office cleaning?
A: Yes we provide regular office and workplace cleaning. We run multiple cleaning contracts and schedule our staff to your requirements. Pricing will depend on a few factors including the quantity and regularity of cleaning required, materials which will be required to be provided by us and location if extensive travel will be required on a frequent basis. We offer daily, weekly and bi-weekly cleaning services.
Q: What electrical services do you offer?
A: We offer residential and commercial electrical services from general household installations, job lists, outdoor lighting and waterproof sockets to commercial installation, fault finding, alterations, testing and routine maintenance of emergency lighting and EICR testing. Our electricians are fully qualified to the 18th edition. We will soon be offering electric vehicle charging point installation and full smart home integration projects.
Q: What other maintenance services do you offer?
A: As as facilities business we cater to your businesses requirements and can provide a wide range of services, cleaning, electrical, maintenance engineer support for factories, machinery repairs, machinery installations, general handyman services (painting, joinery, job lists, general repairs). If you have a property that requires frequent maintenance services we will be happy to work with you on providing all the services you require. This means you get one invoice from us for your complete facilities maintenance requirements and we take care of the rest.
